Observability · Principal’s professional experience
Separating telemetry strategy from vendor choice.
A vendor-neutral collection and routing architecture designed for approximately 150 TB/day across 10,000+ systems.
This page describes Dhruv Doshi’s professional experience in prior roles; it is not a client engagement delivered by Arihant Global Ventures Inc.
The context
A shared telemetry platform needs consistent contracts for collection, routing, and data handling. Point-to-point integrations make every vendor change a new engineering project.
Dhruv’s contribution
- Architected the OpenTelemetry and telemetry-routing platform across 10,000+ systems.
- Defined institutional schemas for logs and metrics.
- Combined Vector, Fluent Bit, Kafka, and Logstash into reusable collection paths.
- Created SDK guidance and onboarding contracts adopted by more than 20 engineering teams.
- Designed Microsoft 365 audit-log repatriation with geolocation-aware data handling.
What the work enabled
Made destination routing a configuration decision within a governed collection architecture, reducing dependency on individual observability vendors.
Relevance to your organization
