The context
Joining as the first engineer meant building the product and the foundations for the team that would follow, while considering sensitive healthcare information and auditable workflows.
Dhruv’s contribution
- Built the React and TypeScript application and Node.js APIs.
- Designed HIPAA-conscious data handling and audit logging; this is not a claim of certification.
- Built a Hyperledger Fabric verification layer and ERC-20 contracts.
- Containerized the platform and automated deployment on AWS EKS.
- Integrated document-classification models for medical record processing.
What the work enabled
The foundations established from the first commit supported growth to a team of more than 20 engineers, through to acquisition.
